I  admire diversity and I am passionate about representation in mental health, providing awareness and advocacy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young and elder adults managing life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and more; to working with couples and families having difficulty with communication and unmet needs. I am a patient, progressive, and compassionate counselor. With my empowering techniques and use of feedback, I challenge clients to gain control and ‘take back’ their lives.
I strive to help each individual to thrive and meet their goals by empowering them with strength and encouragement.
It takes great courage and vulnerability to reach out to anyone, let alone a stranger. I welcome all clients into an open, non-judgmental, and safe space to talk freely about their concerns to grow into a better version of themselves and thrive.
